Before any analysis begins, we spend time inside your organisation. On the floor, in the meetings, alongside the people doing the work. Patterns that do not appear in reports become visible quickly.
Our findings are written plainly. We do not soften conclusions to protect a relationship, and we do not pad reports to justify a fee. You receive a clear picture of what we found and why it matters.
Recommendations without follow-through are just documents. We stay involved through the first implementation phase, adjusting as real conditions diverge from the plan.
Our focus is manufacturing, logistics, and B2B distribution. Working in a few sectors means we arrive with relevant context rather than learning your industry at your expense.
Rapid Field Horizon is a small management consultancy that works with mid-size Japanese companies in manufacturing, logistics and B2B distribution. We start on the floor and in the meetings, write findings plainly, and stay with the first phase of implementation. Our registered address is in Hamada, Shimane; work at your site is arranged case by case. We do not give legal, tax or accounting advice. Photographs on this site are illustrative stock images.
It begins with a conversation, usually by phone or video, to understand the situation you are facing and whether the kind of work Rapid Field Horizon does is a reasonable fit. If it seems like it is, we discuss scope, timing, and what on-site access would look like. Nothing is formalised until both sides are comfortable with the shape of the work.
Our registered address is in Hamada, Shimane, and that is where post and formal correspondence should go. Most of the work happens at the client's own site, wherever that is in Japan, so travel is part of how we work. Which sites, how often and who bears the travel costs are agreed in writing as part of the engagement scope.

Every message is read by the practice itself. We reply as soon as we are able and, if the situation looks like a reasonable fit, suggest a time for an initial phone or video conversation.
